About Me
I’m Angie Baker and I have a background in Human Resources in the Financial Services sector. For 11 years my key responsibilities were: general and graduate recruitment; training and developing staff; assessing individual potential for promotion and coaching in management skills.
Since leaving full time employment in 1997 I have been working from home, helping to prepare people for the job market. My clients have diverse backgrounds and experience, range in age from 16 to 60 and span all levels from junior to executive!
Alongside this work I have also been engaged as an outplacement consultant (supporting those who have been made redundant), conducted telephone assessments to support call centre recruitment and lectured in Communication Skills.
